What guests appreciate most
Ensana Aquahouse Health SPA Hotel is a modern five-star property with a strong wellness and balneotherapy concept, located very close to the sea in Sts. Constantine and Helena. Its main advantages include spacious contemporary rooms, a private beach, a large complex with numerous indoor and outdoor pools and extensive thermal facilities. Guests frequently praise the cleanliness, comfort, excellent location, variety of pools, spa infrastructure and restaurants. The medical and rehabilitation programmes using mineral water and professional therapists are another important strength.
What guests most often complain about
Despite the very high Booking score, public feedback is not completely consistent. Tripadvisor reviews include criticism of uneven service, weaker value for money and occasional maintenance or cleanliness issues in spa and pool areas. Breakfast and shared spaces can become busy during periods of high occupancy. Some guests feel that individual aspects of the service do not always fully match five-star expectations.
Who is this hotel suitable for?
The hotel is particularly suitable for couples, families, spa travellers and guests looking for a year-round stay with mineral water, indoor pools and professional wellness or medical programmes. It also suits travellers who want to combine a seaside holiday with prevention, rehabilitation or a more intensive spa experience.
Our recommendation
We recommend Ensana Aquahouse Health SPA Hotel as one of the strongest spa and balneotherapy products on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. Its main advantages are the extensive pool and thermal infrastructure, modern rooms, proximity to the beach and medical expertise. Given the higher price level, guests should confirm the exact room category, selected meal plan, which spa and medical services are included and which require an additional charge, as well as recent feedback regarding service during peak periods.
