hotel overview:

The Romance Hotel is ideally located in the very center of the oldest Bulgarian Black Sea resort. The hotel is the best place for business trips, leisure and recreation, meetings, conferences and weddings. The hotel provide high quality services and give to our guests’ unforgettable experience and pleasure. The hotel is unique with its own style, coziness, personal attitude from our professional staff. We present you experience, peace and romantic environment you will never forget.

What guests appreciate most

Family Suites is the newer family-oriented wing of the Romance Hotel and Family Suites complex, opened in 2021 and designed mainly for families and guests who prefer more space and independence. The accommodation is more contemporary than the classic part of the complex, and selected categories include a kitchenette area, living space, dining table and balcony. The complex is located in the central part of St. St. Constantine and Helena, approximately 150 metres from the sea. Guests reviewing the overall complex frequently praise the spacious and comfortable accommodation, cleanliness, large outdoor swimming pool, green park surroundings, good breakfast and convenient location.

What guests most often complain about

Most public review platforms combine feedback for Family Suites with the main Romance building, so not every criticism can be attributed specifically to this wing. General reviews occasionally mention inconsistent staff attitude, slower responses in certain situations and minor maintenance issues. During peak season, the swimming pool and shared areas can become busier. Guests should also check the booked meal plan carefully, as Family Suites is often offered on an accommodation-only basis and its concept is closer to an independent family stay.

Who is this hotel suitable for?

Family Suites is particularly suitable for families with children, larger families and guests looking for spacious accommodation with a living area and facilities for storing and preparing simple food. It also suits travellers who want a central resort location, proximity to the sea, a swimming pool and green surroundings while retaining more independence than in a traditional hotel stay.

Our recommendation

We recommend Family Suites as a good option for a family holiday in St. St. Constantine and Helena, particularly for guests looking for newer interiors, additional space and a practical family-oriented layout. Its main strengths are the spacious units, proximity to the sea, swimming pool and peaceful park. Before booking, guests should confirm the exact suite category, kitchenette equipment, included meal plan, parking conditions and which services from the main Romance building are included in the selected offer.
