Stupendous holiday complex is to rise in Razlog

The focus of Razlog Village is on the offering of all-year tourist service, in synchronization with the priorities of the national strategy for tourism development.
Bulgaria is one tourist treasure, having been visited by millions tourists every year. The next important step in the development of Bulgarian Tourism is, however, connected with the search of qualitative tourist product of the kind “five stars”, being attractive every day of the year.
“The project Razlog Village expresses completely this idea as the area is a perfect destination for the development of all-year tourism, and the service which will be offered is highest class category “, assured the investors.
The complex will be constructed on the area of 13, 5 hectares, including 0,6 hectares protected pine forest. A luxurious hotel, casino, Spa hotel and resort hotel will be included in the complex, as well as holiday villas, hotel apartments and a luxurious village with access under control.
Its Largo, planned to be in Revival style, will be 300-meter-long main street covered with restaurants, cafes, bars, crafts’ workshops, galleries and lots of shops.
On the one hand, Razlog Village seeks the achievement of a balance between residential, renewal and amusement zones, and the nature environment on the other hand through proper correlation of 20% roads and 50% green areas.
The architecture accent and physical center of the complex will be the luxurious ethno quarter, recreating the spirit of Bulgarian Revival.
As far as the infrastructure is concerned, the eco approach will be leading during the time of the building and afterwards.
The intention of the investors is to use mainly local natural materials. Always, when it is possible, recycled water will be used.
According to the investors, Razlog Village will provide additional value to the region as a prestigious place for living and tourism, and thus the local business can be grown and the tourist product will be diversified by the offered all-year tourist service.
Israeli Ambassador in Bulgaria highlighted upon the fact that the project is an important sign for the significance of Israeli business presence in Bulgaria, as it is the next proof for the successful cooperation between Bulgaria and Israel.
All building work will begin in 2009. The entire complex will be fully finished in 2012.

The city of Razlog, which name was Mehomiq until 1923, a cultural and administrative center of Razlog Municipality, carries the spirit of Bulgarian Revival and Culture.
