we could not recommend this hotel highly enough , we have stayed here on numerous occasions and would not dream of staying anywhere else if this hotel was available, it is so clean, rooms cleaned every day, fresh towels ,and bed linen,the staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble for them, we always book with bulgaria hotels.com and we always get excellent service from all the staff and their rep Nelly is excellent so kind and helpful all in all an excellent place to stay.

excellent place to stay, great staff, very helpful and pleasant, very high standard of cleanliness all through hotel and rooms, would highly recommend this hotel as its in my opinion better than 3 star and fantastic value for money in the best location possible ,

not very impressive. Despite booking very early, we didn't get what we had asked for Staff in the main are very long faced and never speak unless spoken to.

When we were in sunny beach in july we looked in at the Briz Apart Hotel, we were given a view of a few rooms and they were lovely. It is a fantastic location if you want to be in the centre of the lively resort. You will be guaranteed a warm welcome from the owner and staff.
