HI Hotels Imperial Resort is a well-developed family-oriented Ultra All Inclusive complex in the southern part of Sunny Beach, approximately 150 metres from the beach and within relatively easy reach of Nessebar. Guests frequently praise the cleanliness, comfortable rooms, varied food, friendly staff and extensive activities for children. Facilities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, children's pools and splash facilities, kids' club, playgrounds, sports activities, fitness centre and spa. Another advantage is the quieter southern location of the resort, with the Old Town of Nessebar reasonably accessible.

During periods of high seasonal occupancy, the most frequent complaints concern the limited availability of sun loungers around the pools and the practice of reserving them early in the morning. There are also occasional comments about noise during busy periods and some inconsistency in service. Although the beach is close, access passes through a sandy dune area and is not completely level, which can be inconvenient for pushchairs and guests with reduced mobility. Suitable for families with two children or for 3 adults and more spacious than the double deluxe room, the studios have two single beds/one double bed, a double extendable sofa, dressing table, wardrobe and balcony. They are located in the 8-storey wing and are either with park view or overlook the sea.

Family apartament

modern family suites comprise a living room, a bedroom that is separated from the living room with a curtain partition and a second bedroom with bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with standard beds, while the sofa in the living room also turns into a bed, so the suite can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. Other amenities include patio with outdoor furniture. Family suites are situated on the ground floor of the 4-storey wing.

Deluxe apartment

One-bedroom deluxe apartments are our most luxurious rooms, consisting of 2 separate rooms - a bedroom and a living room. The bedroom is furnished with a double French bed, a dressing table, nightstands and offers a private bathroom. The living room is luxurious and spacious, and it has a double sofa (extendable) with a coffee table, a couch and a wardrobe. For the convenience of the guests, there is a second bathroom and a balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea, Sunny Beach and Nessebar. The Deluxe One Bedroom Apartments are located in the high wing of the Imperial Resort, on the 8th floor. They can accommodate up to four adults, as well as families with children.

Family room

Family rooms are an excellent choice for families with children, combining 2 separate standard double rooms, each with its own bathroom, TV, air conditioning and balcony. They are located in the 4-storey wing of the resort.
