hotel overview:

MPM Astoria Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive features direct access to the private beach with free sunbeds and parasols, an outdoor swimming pool and a wide range of sports and entertainment activities with animation team. Children can have fun in the outdoor mini club.

What guests appreciate most

Among the strongest advantages of MPM Hotel Astoria are its excellent position on the Sunny Beach promenade, direct access to a dedicated beach area and comprehensive Ultra All Inclusive concept. Guests frequently praise the cleanliness and daily housekeeping, comfortable beds, friendly staff and variety of food. Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, children's club, entertainment programme, main restaurant, snack bar, lobby and pool bars and a beach bar. A practical advantage is the inclusion of one umbrella and two sun loungers per room by the pool or in the hotel beach area, subject to availability.

What guests most often complain about

The most frequent criticism concerns crowding in the restaurant and shared areas during periods of high seasonal occupancy. At peak meal times guests may need to wait for a free table, and some reviews describe restaurant organisation as inconsistent. There are also comments about relatively small and slow lifts, cold water in the outdoor pool and variable drink quality between the different bars. Some guests mention uneven maintenance in parts of the beach area. Parking is limited and paid, with no advance reservation available.

Who is this hotel suitable for?

MPM Hotel Astoria is suitable for families with children, couples and travellers looking for an Ultra All Inclusive holiday immediately beside the beach while staying close to the central and livelier part of Sunny Beach. It particularly suits guests who prioritise the beach, food and an active resort atmosphere over the tranquillity of a small boutique hotel.

Our recommendation

We recommend MPM Hotel Astoria as a good four-star option for a family Ultra All Inclusive holiday with a very strong location. Its main advantages are the beach, direct sea access, cleanliness and extensive food and beverage programme. Guests travelling in July and August should expect greater pressure on the restaurant, swimming pool and sun loungers. Before booking, it is advisable to confirm the exact room category, current Ultra All Inclusive programme and parking conditions.
