The hotel offers an All Inclusive concept, a large heated outdoor saltwater pool, indoor pool, fitness area, sauna, steam bath, kids club and entertainment. A major advantage is the designated beach section with one umbrella and two sun loungers per room included according to seasonal conditions and availability.

What guests most often complain about

Critical feedback is relatively uncommon compared with the strong overall ratings, although there are occasional comments about noise in certain rooms, particularly those facing livelier areas, and inconsistent handling of individual complaints at reception. Outside the main summer season, children's entertainment and some activities may be more limited. There are also isolated critical comments concerning food variety or quality and the attitude of individual staff members. Neptun Beach hotel

Great place, will definitely recommend it. Nice big clean room, very close to the beach. Staff were very friendly apart from the odd one or two barstaff. Food was never a problem and plenty of it.

The hotel is located in the middle of the resort and it´s close to the beach. Everything in the hotel was clean, rooms were cleaned every day, food was fantastic. The things I can point to are that the animation team in the hotel didn´t carry out any ...
