The hotels are separated by a natural creek with pictoresque bridges. The natural materials - wood and stone - transfer their own lasting strenght and splendor to the buildings.

The Hotel is famous with its Wellness Centre (see separate section) offering state-of-the-art facilities and treatments.
The Vip Villas guests enjoy their own pool with all the amenities.

What guests appreciate most

Helena Park is an upscale Ultra All Inclusive hotel in the quieter northern part of Sunny Beach, surrounded by very well-maintained gardens and situated approximately 150 metres from the beach. Current ratings are exceptionally strong, with guests most frequently praising the excellent cleanliness, comfortable and spacious rooms, varied and high-quality food, friendly staff and peaceful atmosphere. Facilities include outdoor and children's pools, family amenities, sports and entertainment, while guests have access to a designated beach area with umbrellas and sun loungers subject to the Ultra All Inclusive conditions. The large number of repeat visitors is particularly noteworthy.

What guests most often complain about

Critical feedback is relatively limited compared with the hotel's very strong overall ratings. Occasional comments mention firmer beds, some repetition in the daytime entertainment programme and individual furnishings that no longer feel completely contemporary. The hotel is located at the quieter northern end of Sunny Beach, which is an advantage for relaxation but means a longer walk to the busiest central area. During peak periods, the pool and the most desirable spaces around it can also fill up more quickly.

Who is this hotel suitable for?

Helena Park is particularly suitable for families, couples, mature travellers and guests seeking a high standard of Ultra All Inclusive service, green and peaceful surroundings and convenient access to the beach. It also suits travellers who prefer a quieter section of Sunny Beach rather than immediate proximity to the resort's nightlife and busiest central zone.

Our recommendation

We recommend Helena Park as one of the stronger upscale All Inclusive options in Sunny Beach. Its main advantages are cleanliness, food quality, beautifully maintained grounds, consistently good service and very strong ratings from a large number of guests. Before booking, guests should confirm the exact room category and view, the current scope of the Ultra All Inclusive programme, conditions for included beach services and which facilities within Helena Resort are available to Helena Park guests.
