At first the booking process went without any problems and was prompt and handled in a timely manner. About 2 weeks prior to my arrival, all of a sudden I was informed that the hotel had "technical difficulties and that it was necessary for me to stay at a different hotel. I was given 3 options that were way too far from the current hotel. The purpose of my stay was to reunite with my family who was also staying at the property, just that they had booked through a tour operator. I emailed back and forth with Tsveti and explained to her that I will not be staying at a different property. I had to make expensive international phone calls to Bulgaria, contacted to hotel on my own to confirm my reservation and the front desk told me that everything was fine. Then I was given the reservation managers number from Tsveti to contact the hotel again and she constantly requested my families names, which I did not provide her with since this is considered privacy and was really non of her business or should concern her in any way. It made me feel very uncomfortable and uncertain about the whole situation. In the end she emailed me that everything was fine again and confirmed my already confirmed reservation. All happened after I had told her for the hotel to please contact me directly and provided proper options in this matter.

Unfortunately this was a truly unsatisfying experience and put a lot of stress and extra work on my end, from where I thought that everything had been taking care off.
I request investigation to be done in this matter.
