hotel overview:

What guests appreciate most

Olymp Aparthotel is an apartment complex in Sveti Vlas approximately 300 metres from Central Beach. Its most frequently appreciated features include the convenient location, spacious apartments, balconies and the possibility of preparing simple meals in the kitchenettes. The complex has an outdoor swimming pool, children's pool, playground and restaurant, with shops and other dining options nearby. Guests often appreciate the value for money, proximity to the sea and the availability of larger accommodation suitable for families.

What guests most often complain about

Guests should be aware that the condition and equipment can vary between individual apartments. Current reviews include comments about dated furnishings in some units, inconsistent cleanliness, Wi-Fi problems and occasional issues with air conditioning, bathrooms or other technical fittings. Sofa beds are not always comfortable enough for adults. Parking around the complex is limited, and availability or charges may depend on the exact booking conditions.

Who is this hotel suitable for?

Olymp Aparthotel is suitable for families with children, couples and travellers who prefer spacious apartment-style accommodation with a kitchenette while remaining within walking distance of the beach. It is also a practical choice for longer stays and for guests who prefer greater independence rather than traditional full hotel service.

Our recommendation

We recommend Olymp Aparthotel as a practical option in Sveti Vlas with a good location, spacious accommodation and a pleasant swimming-pool area. Before booking, it is particularly important to check current photos and the equipment of the exact apartment because standards can vary between units. Guests should also confirm parking conditions, whether all required rooms have air conditioning and the frequency of housekeeping and towel changes included in the selected rate.
