This supposedly high-quality Hotel failed miserably in many categories.
Major shower leak, poor a/c so the room was too hot or too cold with windows open, low-quality food (tasteless mushroom risotto), and no wine list at all (really, the sweet waitress ...

I think the hotel it’s rated higher that it’s actually worth. The furniture looks old, the smell in the room is heavy like tobacco or not so pure air and in the bathroom the water was flowing under the tub. Also, a foot towel would have been useful.

Very comfortable hotel, well situated. A wonderful view to Yantra valley and Tsarevets Fortress. The breakfast is good, but could be improved.
