Velingrad hosts a festival for single people

The SPA capital of the Balkans, Velingrad will host the festival of single people. It will be held for the first time in Bulgaria. It is expected that 800 single men and women will arrive in the wellness resort for the festival. The event will take place from June 7th to June 16th 2013. There will be guests from Greece, Italy, Romania and Albania. The accent of the festival is the group of people between 25 and 35 years.
All who would like to take part in the festival should be at least 18 years old and singles. They should have registered in advance. The purpose of the event is to make people happy and provoke them to establish relationships.
Women over 40 years have showed their interest in the festival, however, the registrations for this age category have stopped in order not to affect the gender and age balance of all registrants.
Competitions, games, thematic dinners and concerts will take place in two of the festival days.
