Good location and accommodation. Poor breakfast and cold water in the pool.

Internet is poor and doesn't connect nor cover all the apartments; the conditions in the apartment are not enough for 4 persons – it is impossible to sleep on the sofa (I have to admit that we've got an extra bed, but it was still difficult to sleep) – and so was in all three apartments of our group; the bedroom was very cold; the new year dinner was poor and not well organized; we did not have bathroben in the apartments, and when we asked for them, they said they are only for the people in the main hotel building; it is written that the hotel has a fitness room, but all there is are 2 machines in the back of the swimming pool area; also, the swimming pool room was very cold. The shuttle to the gondola brings back the people starting with 2,30 p.m.- so, it's useless if you wish to come back earlier. The personnel is nice but hardly understands English. Low flexibility (my daughter was not able once to go to dinner and I asked permission to bring some food in the room but it was not allowed; I was advised to asked for room-service, that means extra cost – I don’t agree with this rule as long as the dinner was paid for). Breakfast and dinner were pretty good.
Conclusion: low value of the money; it is not a 4* hotel; it’s just a normal 3* hotel.
I’d like to make few comments related to the ski resort and services, if you don’t mind: - the slopes are very nice and with a good maintenance (congratulations to the people who take care of that!)
- the flexibility of the sky pass is low: if you prefer to sky in the first part of the day you have to pay the price for full day; a half of day ticket is possible only after 12.
- the persons from the ticket register are very rigid and completely unkind.
- the information about the ski-pass and facilities are poor and incomplete.

Please take my comments as my honest opinion and I hope that my feed back could help to improve these services.

We spent a long weekend at this wonderful place! Everything was perfect - friendly/helpful staff, nice cosy rooms, marvelous tavern, restaurant and bar! Cleanliness was at a high level, housekeepers did a great job! My friend tried the SPA and was very pleased. Overall - a great place to stay and get excellent service!
