We went to bANSKO ski resort expecting the worst because of reviews we had read but we were pleasntly supprised.
Sureply you need to weigh the pros and cons very carefully!!!
Although we arrived late because of delayed filth, we were checked in within mins and our cases taken up to our rooms on floor 5. The room was spacious and clean with v large comfortable bed, tv, desk, bedside tables, wardrobe, bathroom with bath and shower. The noise from the nightclub was quite loud (it was sat night) but we didn't hear it again all week so didn't disturbe us.
They have a room for ski equipment to be kept which was fantastic and the mini buses provided by the hotel for free to take you to the gondola were every 15mins were very good too atlhough if you wanted to walk it would only take 5mins.
