We spent 10 days in Golden Dreams. The apartman were comfortable. The staff were nice and courteous,especially Albena and Nelly. The restaurant a bit unanimous.
But, if we have opportunity to come back because the sea is unbeatable.

We spent some holiday in this hotel, but the quality is deteriorating year after year.
There are lot of drunken young people who do not respect the house rules. The staff turn a blind eye.Otherwise the receptionists are nice and helpful. Cleanlines is appropriate due to the cleaning lady. The restaurant's offering has been very poor since last year.Wonder they still maintain your own business. But the sea is still very pleasant and lot of good programs is possible.

We have been here on holiday for three years. The house is clear and close to everything. The hospitality was excellent. Helpfull and very nice staff.

on arrival at Golden dreams apartments (3am) we was handed a long list of what could be found in the room, the next morning we had to tick the list off to agree to what was or wasnt in the room rather bizarre but at least they didnt demand large amount of money off you for deposits like most do...... we had a very large room with excellent sized rooms plenty of space and 2 bathrooms, the pool area was lovely but could do with more sunbeds and markings around the pool to show the depth of water but other than that it was perfect. It is a 10 minute stroll down to the main market area where there are loads of restuarants selling all sorts of foods and cocktails which was incredibly strong so beware!!!!!! food not that nice but edible i suppose, lots of beggers on the streets and beware of pick pockets also and also the fruit sellers avoid at all costs, bulgaria is still new to the tour indudtry and given time could be a very nice place to go to. if you get the chance go to sunny dreams for a meal its one of the best and Julie the waitress is a real gem.

I travelled with a group of nine ranging from 3 year old to 59 year old - there is something to do for everyone!
Golden Dreams accomodation is fab - we had a very large 2 bedroom apartment which had 3 separate balconies, 3 TV's, 2 air conditioning units (free), 2 toilets and a washing machine (Room A11). Has 2 ring cooker, full oven and grill, fridge, toaster, kettle etc - but no tin opener!
The pool is in the shade from about midday but the sunbeds are in the sun until about 4pm or 6pm if your sitting by the baby pool!
The downside to this hotel is that although there is a restaurant advertised, they dont actually sell ANY food - not even crisps or icecream! There is a 24 hour supermarket just across the road and also a small shop right next door.
There is no music in the bar or around the pool and there is absolutely no entertainment day or night.
They have table tennis, pool table and also table football - but when they run out of tokens for the table football (1 lev) they wont empty it to let you play anymore!
Drinks are reasonably priced at Golden Dreams 2 lev for a large bottle of beer as oppossed to 4.5 lev at the sister hotel Sea Dreams.
You are invited to Sunny Dreams and Sea Dreams (sister hotels across the road) for quiz night, race night, karaoke and also to use their pool / facilities if you want.
The hotel is a 5 / 10 minute walk to the beach where they have every water sport imaginable!
There is a lovely restaurant across the main road called ChouChouria where they have an all you can eat and drink buffet for 15 lev (half price for children) from 6pm - 9pm with a free folk show on Thursdays!
You will definitely notice the price difference comparied with Spain! Loads of fake designer clothes available!
If you intend going to the water park - the action aqua park (5 minutes away by free bus) has discounted rates if you go after 3pm and is open until 7pm in July and August)

We had asked at sea dream to be moved and first choice or rather the rep was very good and got us moved the next day, with a little grumbling from my Husband who couldn't be bothered packing all the stuff away, but anyhow when they all seen the apartment at golden dreams they were sooooo glad, it had 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, leather suites, tumble dryers 3 balconies the lot.
It was really nice, air con in all the rooms, it wasnt too noisy at night if you wanted an early night.
The only down side was the pool there wasn't enough room around it for everyone, but that didn't really bother us, and I wouldn't call it a restaurant, more a snack bar which was quite good, an excellent apartment!!
