We were staying in Hotel Regatta for a week. When we arrived, we were put in a room that was to the back of the hotel, which overlooked an alley way and some apartments. We asked to move to the front of the building which they did without much fuss. Much better at the front as you can overlook the pool and you can see the sea.
We choose the hotel as it was fairly small and so we thought it would be nice and quiet and relaxing, there was also a nice pool. Well it may have been small but we were woken up 2 night in our 6 night stay by rowdy drunk teenagers across the hall. They woke up pretty much the whole floor and I ended up going out and telling them to keep the noise down. Which they didn't. The hotel staff did nothing.
The hotel staff didn't do much at all for the duration of our stay. The man on reception was very unhelpful, the bar staff were useless, I asked for a pina colada and they didn't know what was in one, and they didn't have half of the things that went in it!
Breakfast was the same every day and very boring. You had to fight over the toaster and there often weren't enough seats, so you had to sit outside with the wasps!
Every time we came down the stairs, the staff, who would be sitting in the reception/bar area would stare at you, which made us feel very uncomfortable. They weren't friendly and welcoming at all.
Apart from these bad points, the hotel has a good location between Sunny Beach and Nessebar, and there are regular buses right outside the hotel as well as a taxi rank.

Although the hotel was very clean and housekeeping staff did a good job the same cannot be said for the reception/bar staff. The hotel seemed to be run by kids for kids. The reception/bar area resembled a youth centre (the staff) continually playing really loud and annoying music, playing on a football game, or asleep (this was during the day). Most of the Bulgarian people we met seemed very friendly but staff at the hotel were not interested in making your holiday a pleasant stay.
The hotel was is a great location, in between Sunny Beach and Nessabar, but this was it's only saving grace.

meals repeatative, chicken, pork and chips every day.
breakfasts cold and needed to be heated up in the microwave.
deserts were non - exsistant apart from apple or banana.
only served eggs and toast every day for breakfast.
otherwise a clean hotel, cleaners were very helpful.
