But i have a complain for the webside. I asked a room for a couple and a child and Mrs Ivanova told me that i should choose a deluxe room with 75€. I made the reservation but the hotel asked me 20€ more for my child because she is considered the third person and i had to pay more.

Âòîðîé ãîä ïîäðÿä îñòàíàâëèâàþñü â ýòîì îòåëå. Î÷åíü äîâîëüíà. Ãîñòèíèöà î÷åíü óþòíàÿ, ñåðâèñ íåíàâÿç÷èâûé, ïåðñîíàë î÷åíü ëþáåçíûé. Ðåñòîðàí âûøå âñÿêèõ ïîõâàë. Åñëè åùå ïðèäåòñÿ ïîñåòèòü ýòîò çàìå÷àòåëüíûé ãîðîä, ïîñòàðàþñü ïîñåëèòüñÿ èìåííî â ýòîì îòåëå.

This hotel is on a quiet street away from center of town, but it is a walkable distance from center. The room is big, clean, and the service is most gracious. It has free computer terminal and web access, and great breakfast. We ordered an extra bed, and when we got there the bed is ready and made up. The staff is very professional and welcoming.

Spend a week in Imperial hotel last September as my company participated in the Plovdiv technical fair. The style of the hotel was excellent, the staff were very pleasant and helpful with directions and recommendations about the major city sights. Didn't try the food although if I had time the restaurant and the menu looked great but the 24hr bar was a great bonus. The services and general ambience of the hotel was brilliant. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Not big hotel but has very large bedrooms.
Good A/C.Safe parking.
Very good Best breakfast.
Very difficult to find arriving by car.
Nice hotel but unusual

Just returned from the Hotel Imperial park two days ago, and it was a fabulous way to end a 1-week trip to Bulgaria. The hotel is very cool--definitely up to the standards of my hometown of New York.
The intial smiley welcome from the door men was lovely after our journey. Our bags were taken to our room and we were given a good explanation of how all the different gadgets and lighting in the room worked.
The rooms aren't the biggest you will stay in but they are well thought out and high quality. Staff are very helpful, the food good and great cocktails.
