Cancellation of booked ski services is free 3 or more days before the start date of the ski services.

SKI CLOTHES are available on request and are paid on the spot

Prices are in Euro per person and are valid only for pre-booked on this website ski services, but not on spot in the resort. Snowboard service provided only to clients aged 12 and over. Ski or snowboard school starts to expire from the first day of ski pass validity if booked in a package. 3,4,5,6,9 and 13-day full and other snowboard packages in Bansko include only 3 days of 2 hours per day snowboard tuition. The ski school is for children from 7 years old. Infant packages include a lift pass.

If you are new to the resort, you can book a Ski Guide, who will show you around the ski area. The price is 60 € per group, only for advanced skiers. Click here to request ?

Infants are children up to and including 6 years, accompanied by an adult who has booked the same type of ski package will get for free lift pass with the same duration. A proper child age document might be required.

MOUNTAIN INSURANCE is included for each lift pass purchased within the above packages.

SKI / SNOWBOARD LESSONS The group ski lessons are daily from 10:00 - 12:00 h. and 13:00 - 15:00 h. The group snowboard lessons are from 10:00 - 12:00 h. During school holidays, the regular ski groups might be with 20 or more people. Therefore we advise you to book an individual (private) ski tuition. Ski / Snowboard Evening is an event organized by the ski / snowboard instructor after the end of the tuition when you will get a certificate issued by the ski / snowboard school.

SKI KINDERGARDEN / JUNIOR SKI CLUB
- Open daily from 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
- Located right by the slopes, at the top of the Gondola Lift
- Cares for children 4 – 7 years, under supervision
- Snow-play, ski-equipment, daily 1 – 2 hours tuition “first steps on ski” as to teach and improve skiing
- Ski equipment (ski, poles, boots, helmet)
- Prices from 30 EUR for one day to approximately 180 EUR for 6 days
- Bookings are paid on spot.

The lift passes and ski packages will be delivered by our representatives in Bansko Maria Shteiner (Mobile/WhatsApp/Viber +359 887 230 121):

• every evening from 17:30 to 18:30 p.m. at Queen's Pub
• every morning from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. at Ginger bar and dinner

An additional deposit of 5.00 Bulgarian levs is due for every prepaid lift pass, which you will receive back when you return the pass to our representative after the end of its validity.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Please, note that all discounted prices are valid only for bookings made and fully-paid no later than 7 days prior the starting date of the services. Bookings made 7 - 3 days prior the starting date are on request, contact or click to contact by e-mail).

Ski / snowboard services are subject of cancellation up to 72 hours prior the starting date.

All ski / snowboard services are non-refundable 48 hours before the starting date, including in case of injuries, poor weather conditions, electricity fails, etc. Used lift passes are not transferable, nor refundable. Lost lift passes cannot be re-issued!

The customers are responsible for the hired ski/snowboard equipment. Lost, broken or damaged equipment has to be paid to the ski shop staff.

Price list for lost, broken an damaged standard equipment is:
1. Ski’s - 320.00 levs /adult ; 220.00 levs /child
2. Snowboard – 250.00 levs
3. Ski boots – 250.00 levs / adult and child
4. Snowboard boots – 100.00 levs
5. Poles – 25 levs
And invoice and a declaration will be issued upon the payment.

Ski season Services staring before March 15, 2024

Cancellation of booked ski services is free 3 or more days before the start date of the ski services.

Please note that these prices are valid only if the ski package in booked in advance at Bulgaria-Hotels.Com and are not available in the resort.
1. In case of cancellation of ski services 3 days or less prior to the first date of the ski service, or no-show, the amounts for these services will not be refunded.
2. Lost tickets for pre-booked ski services will not be reissued. The guest can purchase ski services from the nearest Borosport desk.
3. In case of inclement weather or other adverse weather conditions the affected ski lifts will not operate. No refunds will be paid.
4. The services included in the ski pack can be used only together. It is prohibited to separate and use any services from the pack individually. Only one person can use the tickets from the ski pack. The tickets are not transferable.
Children are 7 - 13.99 years old. Snowboard services are provided only to children older than 8 years.
Rates do not include rent of helmets. Child helmets can be prebooked via the rates above. Adult helmets can be rented on spot.
Ski school is 4 hours/day including graduation evening. 6-day snowboard school (booked separately or as a part of Full snowboard package) is 6 days, 2 hours/day including graduation evening.
Ski kindergarten is open 7 days/week 08:30 am - 04:30 pm, and includes: ski pack /skis, boots, 2 hrs daily group tuition/, lunch, games, sweets, tea, Supervision, Borokids entertainment;
Nursery includes: lunch; games, sweets, tea.
Packages with ski/board tuition for 3 days do not include a Graduation Evening. Prices of Ski/Snowboard school with duration of 6 or more days include a special certificate issued after the end of the tuition.
The ski/snowboard services specified herein (lift pass, equipment and tuition) are not valid for night skiing. The ski/snowboard lessons start at 9:30-10:00, unless specified otherwise on spot by Borosport. NO PHOTO IS NEEDED FOR THE LIFT PASS.
