Me and my partners stayd for 3 nights in Best Western Hotel Expo.
The room was nice and big although you could't open the window.
The worst part was the location... far from the city... really long way.
After all it was a medium hotel with good rooms and bad services!
The breakfast was good also.The service was really bad and the food in the restaurant too.

My adult son and I stayed here for 2 nights. We were in Sofia to watch football and we have stayed in some poor hotels throughout Europe whilst doing this, yet this was a pleasant surprise.
Modern and functional with a perfectly acceptable bar area the staff were friendly enough although we did not eat in the hotel.
I booked this hotel because we had an early flight out and it was supposed to be 4 minutes from airport - by 747 perhaps - but not by taxi. Its still not that far really but then the city centre is probably only 5 minutes further away.

The hotel was cold, bedroom,dinning room and halls. Jackets were needed in the dinning room. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We are Scottish and don't normally feel the cold but this spoilt our stay.
