I have purchased apartment 59A in Dawn Park & have now obtained my deeds for my apartment through the courts as the developers would not hand it over even when the apartment was paid for in full, the development is built to a reasonable standard but had the developer stuck to the original design it could have been better & they would have got the 4 stars instead of the down-rated 3 stars. Bulgaria is a great place with loads to do & most of the people are friendly, you still need to be cautious as there are people in Bulgaria who want con the innocent tourists. All in all the Dawn Park complex is nice complex & i am looking forward to enjoying the use of my apartment next year as i have now obtained my deeds & i now own my apartment despite what the developer says.

I have been a self employed builder for 50 years and I have never seen an Apartment Complex that has been finished to such an excellent standard. The Staff were very good and the Food was good.

I have no bad comments about my time in DP.

really greet time at Dawn Park my little puppy loved it wouldn't let him swim in the pool tiz was too deep. Good job we had the wuppy bags. Nice that they allow animals on the complex.

I have just had a rocking time in Bulgaria. My family and i have really enjoyed staying in DawnPark. I may be interested in buying one coming out again in August with an answer. Would recomend this complex to those that like it nice and quite.

we have our deeds and we are happy with our apartment and the hotel/apartment/hostel is top so chill out and come and have a look for yourselves.

Never stayed in Dawn Park, how ever I have been in the apartments & deeply disappointed in the finish. Furniture not up to the standard of the original design. Massive issues over owners getting their deeds, basically everyone has been ripped off by greedy Bulgarian developers & they continue to try & rip their clients off. Stay well clear of this apart hotel as there better honest hotels in Sunnybeach.

Complex not as described, was told 4**** & was lesser rating. Complex was not entirely finished. Complex set in a derelict back drop with unfinished buildings, not exactly the best scenery. Finally would not recommend to any one until area is improved, got impression there was troubles with or issues did not know what.

STOPPED IN DAWN PARK FOR 3 WEEKS IN THE SUMMER AND HAD THE BEST HOLIDAY EVER. THE HOTEL IS EXCELLENT AND THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY. THERE ARE ISSES OVER OBTAINING THE DEEDS BUT THIS SHOULD NOT STP ANY ONE GOING OUT AND ENJOYING A HOLIDAY IN DAWN PARK.

Also purchased apartment here. paid in full but not allowed to stay here. Its disgusting hat they are renting them out.
Please nobody book a holiday here and
Dont purchase anything from Delagio in Bulgaria or Amba Sun in Birmnham, both cowboy firms.

greedy developer got a cheeck renting out apartments to holidaymakers. considering rightful owners cant get there apartments which they av paid for,and not given permisson to do so either. shows what type of people you are dealing with. not very trusting to say the least well you been warned

My apartment has also been paid for in full including furniture which the developer refuses to install, hope you are having fun staying in my apartment which the money left to me in my parents will has paid for.

Developer refuses to transfer apartments over to the rightful owners. I have paid infull for mine, and said no to it being rented out, but it's being used anyway. Do not book a holiday here, I don't want you in my apartment.

This hotel has been built with peoples money who have not been able to enjoy their apartments this summer and let out to unsuspecting holiday makers, i hope the staff enjoy working their as it might not be open by next summer

Developer dirves a Porsche whilst teh peopel who have paid for the apartments can't get ownership of them. Who is getting the rnetal income? It should go to teh UK owners.

very poor because people in the uk own apartments on this complex and cannot have them due to greed between two companies. Give the owners their apartments and stop renting them out.
