Като цяло комплексът е свестен... може да се помисли още за забавленията... и за елементарни неща. Басейнът, джакузито, парната баня и сауната - работят само до 8 часа вечерта вместо да ги пуснат денонощно или поне до 12 часа през нощта. Отношението на персонала е отлично - отзивчиви, усмихнати. Храната е ужасна, обикновените двойни стаи не отговарят като за хотел 4 звезди - дори и по нашите занижени стандарти. Матраците са неудобни, възглавниците високи...

Всичките тези неща биха могли да се оправят на управленско ниво... там нещата куцат определено.

The hotel is far away from the lift, approximately 13 km.
TV very very small, not flat TV and not working. Not fully equipped kitchenette as stayted. We had only 6 cups. Not hair dryer, you need to ask and they will give you if they have one.
We had New year diner. Big mistake. The waiters were very impolite and unhelpful. We could not order some extra drink. We waited 2 hours from the salad to the second plate. The main course was served after 2 am.
The room was not in the main building and very inconvenient if you want to go to spa or swimming pool. To go from one building to another was on the dark ice road. No side walks.
I will not recommend this hotel. Avoid it.
