We are a family of four, 2 adults and 2 children (5y and 2y). It was for the first time when we went to Bulgaria.
The hotel seemed very clean, the room was pretty large, it was a double large room, and they prepared 4 beds for us. The room had a see view. They cleaned the room if we requested it.
The most interesting and helpful thing for us was the playground for kids, i didn't expect to so much space dedicated to kids play. Also, there were two animator girls who took care of the kids during the day. My son loved the girls and the toys he was offered. It was more difficult with the language, as he didn't speak anything but Romanian, so in the first days I had to stay with him and help him understand the plays.
We also enjoyed the inner swimming pool...they provided 28 degrees in the air of the pool, compared to the 16 degrees C outside.
The food was almost ok. What I didn;t like is that the soups were too salty and that my husband got a little bit sick after eating some prepared salads.
As I have no other reference to compare, I consider it a lovely stay.

The rooms are really spacious and they were cleaned daily. The hotel is cleaned thoroughly on the inside and the outside. The food was really tasty and there was plenty of variety. The staff were really friendly and they took care of all our problems straight away. There are lots of roads to the beach and it's nice to take different route to the beach each time. The entertainment is on all day but it wasn't disturbing in any way. I would definitely come and stay here again.

recently stayed at the primasol sunrise hotel in bulgaria must admit lovely people the bulgarians are really freindly there will do all they can to help the beach is really long with golden sand for miles theres loads to do on the beach including para gliding jet skiing going on the banana boat and the doughnut inflatetable accross the sea looks a lot of fun !!!!!!!
the hotel is nice with very nice staff who do understand alot of english which is rare when you go abroad !
when you book this holiday it will say in your brouchure air conditioning in all rooms there is air conditioning there but you have to purchase the remote to work it at reception which costs 40 leva the reception area is clean and well presented.
the food is poor really as its all german if your german your very lucky as its all german orrientated, also the kids club is mostly german too the outdoor pool is always freezzing but the indoor pool is really warm and nice to be in the 350m to the beach is more then stipulated as its nearly a 20 min walk from the hotel loads of shops near the hotel ( well just at the bottom of the hill )
varna is pickpocket capital be very vigilant if you choose the go there.
from the hotel sunrise and excelsior theres a free shuttle bus down to the beach which aint too bad.
at night you dernt go down the down as you get hassled by prostitutes who offer a "good night " for 2 leva and people wanting you to go into there pub for a drink or food even tho you are all inclusive you will most proberbaly eat out at least 70% of the time the hotel sunrise was 95% german how awful is that met a lovely group of people there cant remenber where they were from their names where bev, sam, paul, bradley cant remember the rest of there names but what a lovely bunch of people they landed back at manchester with us shud av asked them if you make freinds with someone whilst on holiday it makes it that much better for yourselves but be aware of the germans 100's of them here one last few things the man with the bad foot who pushes a bucket around wanting money for an op was seen driving around bulgaria in a 4 by 4 off roader dont fall for the trick ant the last other thing is the electric goes out all the time and the lift often gets stuck between floors.
