Experts are optimistic about the upcoming winter tourism season

Experts predict better winter season 2011/2012. It is expected that the growth of the number of tourists will be about 7%. The starts of World Ski cup in Bansko, as well as European Cup which will be held in Pamporovo, will definitely boost the number of tourists. Many holidaymakers from Greece are expected to spend their ski vacation in Pamporovo winter resort. This conclusion is made on the basis of early bookings. SPA hotels will draw tourists’ attention especially at Christmas and New Year’s Eve. A growth of 11% is registered for summer season 2011 in comparison with last year’s figures. The greatest number of tourists is from Russia, Germany, Romania and UK.
