The ambassador of France reported that over 100 000 French tourists are expected to visit Bulgaria. He attended the opening of the new French centre in the city, united “Alianz Francais” and the French Cultural Institute. The ambassador pointed the fact that the number of French tourists increases 15%. According to him, French tourists are really interested in Bulgaria, because they like “discovering” the new European countries.
In his opinion, French tourists don’t like the mass type of tourism and don’t focus on spending their holiday on the beach. The ambassador said that much is invested in Varna- Bulgarian sea capital, as soon the company “Carfur” will be opened in this glamorous city- profitable for both tourism and business.
