The “Sun City 1” Holiday Village is being built on a not-built terrain on the area of 6,000 sq. m. and three detached habitations/apartment buildings are located along the periphery. The complex ”Sun City 1” includes self-contained private apartments, luxury and completely furnished. There are one-room studios, two-room and three-room apartments. It is provided for 50 underground parking lots and additional grassed parking lots out of the settlement. The village will be completed in June 2005.
Location: The quarter is very quiet end tranquil. Beach strip is in the close, main roads are easy accessible. The place is close to old town of Nessebar, superb world architectural and cultural monument.

Hotel Facilities: air-conditioning, children playground, simultaneous interpretation facilities, outdoor parking lot, garage, shops and boutiques, rooms for the disabled, pool bar.
There is a loading platform for people of restricted activities. 24-hours security and organized clearance.

Each apartment will be implemented by:

- Kitchen: fully completed, MDF furniture, including built-in sink and mixing tap, built-in appliances (Ariston): a washing machine, a refrigerator, a microwave oven and grill, glass and ceramic cooker’s plate, a telescopic cooker hood, air-conditioner.
- WC and bathroom: luxuriously equipped cabinets, shower-cubicle or bathtub-cubicle, terracotta, faience tiled walls, sanitary ware and mixing tap, continuous flow water-heater, Hunter Douglas suspended ceiling, Luna lighting, an electrical ventilator
- Air-conditioner in each room
- Interior doors – American type combining style and superior wooden surface
- PVC-works in all rooms
- Plaster-and-cardboard and latex coated walls, plaster drips in corners
- Flooring – artificial stones and laminated parquet
- Plafond type lighting bodies
- Security system in the dwelling
- Parapet and staircase: marble steps and luxurious metal parapets.
- Luxurious hydraulic lifts
Sports & Recreation: park, outdoor swimming pool.

Wow , what a great complex , i dont stay in that complex but i stay in sun city 2 and i am over in sun city 1 a lot .
I have been in a lot of room , plenty of space and comfortable size for a family
The bar staff are amazing . Not rude at all . If you ask for something they will get it for you in no time at all.
Gincho Is One Of The Barmen . He is bulgarian but has superb english . He (And Everyone Else) Is Great With Kids and Is Fierce Nice .
Terry + Dez are brilliant people.

They are very nice.
Papa greggs pizza is a pizza restaurant that you can order food from . You may need to wait for a while but the wait is worth it . the pizza is fab and you can get much more there.
