“Russian tourists choose Bulgaria for their holiday”-this is the title by which the web site travel.ru announced that the growth of the tourist flow from Russia to Bulgaria in the first half of 2008 is 29% more in comparison to the last year. 107 840 guests from Russia are reported to spend their holiday in Bulgaria up to now.
Russia is ranked at 5th place among the biggest tourist markets for Bulgaria. The list is led by Romania, Greece, Germany and UK.
