Winter holidays become more expensive due to the new VAT

It is expected that the price for a winter holiday will be increased by 2% for the upcoming ski season. The reason is the implementation of the new VAT of 9%. Let us remind that it is expected that the new VAT which is applicable to all tourist services will become effective as of 1st of April 2011. Hence, tourism services are likely to become more expensive by at least 10%. Hence, holidaymakers should check out regularly for last minute deals, substantial early birds and promo offers!
