Eco village will be constructed near the dam lake Batak

Eco-village spread over the area of 9557 m2 is in a process of construction 3km away from the town of Batak and only 5km distance from the picturesque Rhodopes mountain resort, Tsigov park, located bear the artificial lake Batak. It will consist of 14 villas and 8 private houses, built following modern technology and using quality materials. The first stage of the construction has been almost finished in May. 22 real estate will be offered on sale as soon as the project is completed. The beautiful mountainous region boasts more than 240 sunny days in a year.
