Rome Grants to Bulgaria Particle of Relics of St Nicholas

Bulgaria’s Minister of Culture negotiated in Rome a particle of St. Nikolai The Miracle Worker to be transferred to Bulgaria. This happened during his meeting with Camillo Zuccoli, ambassador of the Sovereign Order of Malta to Sofia. The particle granted to Bulgaria will have the respective certificate of authenticity and will be carried solemnly observing the canon from Rome via Sofia to the coastal city of Bourgas. The relics will be placed in the newly built St Nicholas the Miracle Worker church on the eve of its patron holiday December 6.
