CHECK-IN Check-in of guests after 3:00 p.m. Release of the rooms 11:00 a.m. /return key card to reception/. For a room not vacated by 11:00, guests will be penalized. IDENTIFICATION All guests staying on the AIL package must be identified by bracelets. AIL meals start with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on day departure. On the day of arrival after 10:30, guests receive distinctive bracelets to use all AIL services. Bracelets must be worn during the whole stay.
