“Ice Angels” hotel is famous for its impressive location. We are located directly next to the four-seated ski lift cabin of the complex. Apart form the modern design and luxury of the studios, two-bed rooms and the apartments, the hotel also offers a restaurant, barbeque, lobby bar, spa center, ski and snowboard supplies center, ski and snowboard school, gift shop, hair salon and a conference room.

Reception At the reception we will be happy to give you information about special events in the area, places of interest as well as information about all the services and facilities offered in the hotel. Here you can exchange currency, request wake up calls, taxi cabs etc. You may dial 9 from your room to speak with the receptionist. The phone number of the reception calling from an outside line is +359/71282045. Payments Cash payments are made in Bulgarian national currency only. For your convenience, we also accept card payments at the reception and in the ski and snowboard center.

Currency Exchange Please visit our currency exchange bureau. Renting a safe deposit box For your comfort and safety we offer you a safe deposit box which can be hired at your expense at the reception. We kindly ask to keep your valuables inside. The hotel management cannot bear any responsibility for the loss of articles which have not been kept in the safe deposit box. For using this service you have to pay in addition. Storage Room You can leave your luggage in the complimentary storage room located next to the reception.

Messages and Correspondence During your absence we will take any messages for you and communicate any personal correspondence. Fax Availability In case you would like to receive or send a fax, please inquire at the reception. The hotel fax number is: +359/7128 2607. The fax service is free of charge. Medical Service If you need doctor’s assistance, please contact the reception. Medical service is available 24 hours a day.

Guest Room Amenities All rooms have luxury comforts as required of all four-star hotels. The rooms are equipped with:

All bathrooms have a bathtub, hair dryer, and a panic button. The electrical voltage is 220V. The rooms with a fireplace are supplied with firewood. For extra firewood please contact the reception. CAUTION! The blinds in your room can be lifted by positioning the cord vertically. To place them at a desirable position pull slightly on the right cord. In order to let the blinds down pull the cord back towards your direction. Be sure to place the cord behind the blinds when performing the above- mentioned actions.

Mini bar All rooms are equipped with mini bars which are restocked daily. We kindly ask you to fill out the form placed in the mini bar folder after consumption. For your convenience, the mini bar expenses will be charged to your bill and paid for when you check out. Internet If you would like to use our high speed internet service, please speak to the receptionist. He/she will give you a unique username and password which will provide you with a 24-hour access to the internet. The price for 1Mb is 0.50leva. For your convenience, the amount you owe will be charged to your bill and paid for when you check out.

Room cleaning The rooms are cleaned daily between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. If you have any preference for a certain cleaning time please contact your room maid who will do her best within her work schedule to fulfill your request. Please leave any dirty towels near the bed. If you leave them on the rack, we will assume that you would like to use them again. Guest card (Room key) In case you need an extra guest card please contact the reception. We recommend that our guests leave their guest cards at the reception desk when leaving the hotel. In case you damage or lose the guest card please contact the reception immediately and you will be given a new one for the price of 10 levs. Laundry and ironing In your room you will find a laundry form which we kindly ask you to fill out in case you want to use this service. Please give your laundry to your room maid. You may receive an iron from the reception.

Towels We kindly ask you not to take towels out of your room. Please leave any dirty towels near the bed. Repairs In case something gets damaged during your stay, please contact the receptionist who will send a technician. Silence Guests are kindly asked to refrain from making any noises in the corridors after 11.00 p.m. in order to respect those guests who may be sleeping. Departure We kindly request our guests to check out of the hotel before 12 p.m. on the day of the departure. If you would like to use the room after 12 p.m., please contact the reception.

Spa Center The Spa Center is located in the west side of the hotel. It comprises of the following facilities:

Reservations and payments for the use of the facilities are made at the reception. The working hours are from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Restaurant Besides the two cozy dining rooms, the restaurant offers a barbeque and a large patio with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The working hours of the restaurant are from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. The complimentary breakfast for the guests of the hotel is served between 8 a.m. and 10 am. Dinners, paid in advance, are served between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. You can dial extension 350 to reach the restaurant from your room. Should you have questions and recommendations please don’t hesitate to contact the restaurant manager.

Lobby Bar The working hours of the lobby bar are from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. You may order drinks for your room or the spa center by dialing extension 351.

Ski and Snowboard Center The ski and snowboard center is situated in the west side of the ground floor. The working hours are from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. It is furnished with professional ski and snowboard equipment. You may find various prestigious brands such as “Nitro”, “Maze”, “Spider”, “Solomon”, etc. The prices for renting ski and snowboard equipment vary depending on the length of the renting period. Detailed information you may obtain by dialing extension 353. For your convenience, we accept card payments in the ski and snowboard center.

Ski and Snowboard School There are five talented and professional young ski and snowboard instructors. You may choose between individual or group classes. Our regular clients will benefit from discounted prices.

Hair Salon and Manicure The working hours are form 10 am to 7 pm and it is situated on the ground floor of the hotel.
