Built in 2010, the hotel complex is located near Byala Town/1 km./, on a beautiful cape, called Saint Atanas, where remains of an ancient village of more than 2000 years have been found. Vemara Club is located in a quiet and peaceful area, on a plateau over the cliff with a beautiful view of the bay of Obzor . The complex comprises a residential building with DBL rooms and apartments and semi- detached villas. The distance to the secluded, nearby beach and yacht quay is about 300 meters. The complex also offers a regular free shuttle busduring the day to the near beach and to the central beach in Byala. From Byala there are daily bus lines to Varna City, Bourgas, Sunny Beach Resort (35 km.) and the ancient historic town Nessebar. Byala is next to the popular resort town of Obzor (3 km). There are many discos and lots of restaurants in Obzor.

Location: nice, the beaches are a little further from the hotel (2 are available, one by about 300 stairs, the other, a bit closer, by the road leading down to the harbor).
Cleanliness: not perfect, the sheets were clean, but there was sand in the bathroom, ...
