Where: Varna, Bulgaria’s seaside capital
For the 18th consecutive year, Varna Summer Festival aims to highlight and present the best of Bulgarian Theatre production. The event started on 31st of May, however, spectators will be able to see about 30 productions, half of which comes from abroad, until 11st of June 2010. This year the focus is on the most original and mobile Sofia theatrical performances. One will be able to enjoy unique performances from the UK, Denmark, Switzerland, Turkey, Italy and Lebanon. Performances combine conventional techniques with elements of modern experimental theater. It is expected that the event will be a temptation for all connoisseurs of the unusual and provocative theatre appearance.
