7-Star Hotel complex for 550 million EUR to be constructed near the coastal reso

A golf playground, yacht club and a boutique marine are some of the luxurious facilities

7-Star hotel complex “Thracian Cliffs Golf and Marina and Spa Resort” is being built between the fast-developing coastal resort Balchik and Kavarna. The project is already estimated at over 550 million EUR. An international team of professionals well-grounded in that area will fulfill the project. The complex is planned to be presented at the V.I.P Property Exhibition, which will take place on the 25th and 26th of April in Hilton hotel in Sofia. In fact, it is the first exhibition in Bulgaria exclusively for VIP real estates, building investment projects and etc. The main concept of the construction of “Thracian cliffs” follows the idea for residential area, integrated in the amazing natural scenery. For that reason the buildings in Thracian Cliffs will take hardly 13% of the total area of the complex.

Gary Player from the world leading golf course design company, Gary Player Design, expressed his belief that the “Thracian Cliffs” golf course will become one of the three best golf courses worldwide. The golf playground is the highest of its class, Signature, with 18 gold holes along the terrain. It spreads on more than 5 km long coastal line. The resort will be managed by the company GHM, Singapore, which is also a part of the luxurious hotel chains Cheid and AmanResort. The company was founded by Adrian Zecha who is a real guru in the field of the boutique hotel management.

The hotel meets all the high quality standards of a 7-star boutique hotel complex, inspired by the exotic style of the modern Asia and influences of the ancient Thracian cultural heritage. The private residences are managed by Chedi hotels too. There are three types of residences: “Chedi Club Sweet”, “Chedi Residences” and the exquisite “Chedi” villas.

The interior and exterior architecture of the resort are designed by Jean-Michel Gathy, a member of Denniston International Architects, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. First Class yacht club and a boutique marina with more than 90 boat places will give a happy end to the construction of the project and a bright start of the hotel complex.
