Hotel was truelly dreadful. Awful food and service. Staff with the exception of one were rude and unhelpful. Staff in restaurant were clueless and the food was always cold and most of the time inedibele. Really a hotel o be avoided at all cost!!

We booked thru Balkan Tours in Belfast and as always we got a very cheap holiday, on half board basis in Mar 2007. The hotel was lovely, some of us had large spacious rooms and others had smaller rooms but they were all nicely decorated, clean and comfy. ...
