Villa Ibar is a perfect choice offering really good accommodation at low costs. Upto 18 people could be accommodated in Ibar hotel so it would also be a good choice for a party of friends who want to stay together.
On the first floor there is a large sitting room with a fireplace, used by all guests of the hotel, a dining room where breakfast is served and a kitchen. On the second and third floors are the rooms and the apartments. Sauna and tennis table are in the basement.

We are just back from a lovely holiday in Borovets. We stayed in this hotel, nothing special, but nice people, very clean. We played cards almost every night by the fireplace. Perfect ski instructor Dimi. You should try the ski doo also, it's gorgeous! ...
