The hotel consists of 157 rooms and suites, including 110 Deluxe Rooms, 21 Executive Rooms, 14 Junior Suites, 7 Deluxe Suites, 3 Alpine Suites, 1 Panorama Suite and 1 Presidential Suite. All rooms are elegantly designed in an Alpine style – wood furniture and bright colour schemes create a comfortable and cheerful atmosphere.
Every room features a private balcony, a spacious bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower
cabin, air conditioning, cable TV, complimentary tea and coffee amenities, a mini-bar, free Wi-Fi Internet, a study desk, a safe deposit box, a fulllength mirror, a hairdryer, a telephone with voicemail, a bathrobe and slippers. Deluxe Rooms are available with either a king size bed or twin beds. Executive rooms offer direct access to Kempinski The Spa and a separate seating area. The Deluxe and Alpine Suites are two-room suites with a separate living room and bedroom. The Panorama Suite is more spacious, including two bedrooms, one living room, three balconies and two individual bathrooms. The Presidential Suite is a two-bedroom suite with a separate living room, a conference area, a bar area, a dining area, a fireplace and four balconies. Each suite features a separate seating area and a DVD player as well as coffee and tea making facilities. All Alpine Suites and the Panorama Suite have a private whirlpool bath and sauna, and the Alpine Suites have guest lavatories as well.

Deluxe Room

The Deluxe Rooms are the standard rooms at the hotel. The room is approximately 38 sqm in size.
The rooms offer nice town views and spectacular mountain views. These rooms are in the Executive Building and offer direct access to the spa centre. The room is approximately 42 sqm in size and includes a dining corner and a spacious bathroom. All Executive Rooms feature spectacular mountain views and have the same amenities as the Deluxe Rooms.

Presidential Suite

Sleeps up to 10 adults + 5 children or 10 adults.
The hotel offers to its guests a luxurious Presidential suite. Four Junior Suites were combined to create an impressive space of 240 sqm. The suite features two bedrooms, a spacious living room of approximately100 sqm with a dining area, a bar corner, a 50” flat screen TV and a conference area capable of hosting up to 10 people.
The fifth floor’s night views of Bansko’s colourful lights and the majestic outline of Pirin
Mountain create a magical impression. This VIP suite has private access by the hotel elevator,
accessible only with the suite’s key card. The list of exquisite decor details and amenities designed by architect Slavin Baylov can go on and on. All floors are covered with wool antistatic carpet and natural materials can be seen

Splendid hotel, it is very close to the center and to the gondola lift. The staff is polite and speaks English fluently. The prime location makes this pearl first choice for a ski holiday in Bansko. The food is not so delicious, but it's a good occasion ...
