hotel overview:

Park Hotel “Panorama” offers a relaxation center, restaurants and many amenities to spend a wonderful and unforgettable vacation in Bansko. Park Hotel Panorama**** perfectly combines the tranquility and ease of a resort hotel with the functionality and amenities of a city hotel.

What guests appreciate most

Among the main advantages of Park Hotel Panorama are its peaceful position in the Kosherinata area, mountain atmosphere and views from the higher part of Bansko. The hotel offers family rooms with balconies, an indoor swimming pool, sauna, fitness facilities, restaurant, children's club and complimentary private parking. For families and guests travelling by car, the quiet setting away from the busiest part of the resort can be a significant advantage. Its wellness facilities and proximity to the mountain environment make it suitable for both winter and summer stays.

What guests most often complain about

The current overall rating is moderate, while longer-term public feedback is relatively mixed. Reviews mention inconsistent maintenance, dated elements in some parts of the property and differences in service quality. The setting is peaceful but removed from the historic centre and main tourist area, so a private car or organised transport can be practically necessary for some guests. During busy periods, the swimming pool, sauna and common areas can also feel crowded.

Who is this hotel suitable for?

Park Hotel Panorama is suitable for families, couples and groups who prefer quieter accommodation in the upper part of Bansko, mountain views and basic wellness facilities. It is also practical for travellers with a car and for guests who do not require walking-distance access to the historic centre or the busiest resort areas.

Our recommendation

We recommend Park Hotel Panorama to travellers for whom peace, views, an indoor pool and family facilities are more important than a central location. The hotel can provide a practical base for a mountain holiday, although expectations regarding interior condition and service consistency should remain moderate. Before booking, guests should confirm the exact room category, the current condition and operating hours of the wellness facilities and transport arrangements to central Bansko and the ski area.

We stayed here for a first family skiing holiday. The two bed apartment was functional and sufficient for the 6 of us. Room service called every day and made the beds. The kids liked the pool and the sauna was great after a days skiing. As Half board ...
