Frig in camera iar în momentul când am fost la cină am rămas surprins sa vad că se formează o coada cum era pe timpul lui Ceaușescu plus de alta f.multi români sau plâns de frigul din camera ,piscina mică și nu am văzut nici măcar un foc de artificii de revelion.Din punctul meu de vedere nu voi mai reveni acolo .

Service and staff are excellent, food is fine and tasty. Accomodation and room maintenance is poor. Rooms were clean, but: toilets are leacking, birds nest at the balcony, safe doesn't open and next room folded bed has mattres thick as a paper

It was a nice experience. I met good and useful people. Due to the bus schedule I reached late to ski.

We choose half board and food was really terrible! No hot vegetables at all! We went out for diner after 3 days. Also breakfast: no fruitsalat or rolls only plein Bread that you had to toast to eat iT. Once i had lunch à la carte and that was really nice!

Everything was on the level presented by booking service.
It was one nice stay for my family.

I stayed for one week, and I was very dissapointed. Three main issues:
1) The room - was poorly cleaned. I had a spider net, with a huge spider on it, welcoming me as I came in. I complained in the reception. Still nothing. at the end of my stay, the spider was still there, untouched. To make things worse, there was a flea!!! My son got 10 bites! My husband caught it and fortunately there was no repeat...
2) The pool was dirty. The first day I could not even see the bottom of it, it was so unclear. It got slightly better, but for sure not a good relaxing feeling as you get in. Not to mention that is far too small for the size of the hotel, I guess I could of figurec that out reading your website, so not the main complaint.
3) Food, the one included in the package, was simply un-eatable. Only tried breakfast in the first day - low variety of options, not even butter was available for bread, cucumbers were old and dry, salami was one of the cheapest i've seen. I simply refused to pass by again. I was inspired enough not to get dinner in the package, as the quality was similar, I could not find anything to eat. The a la carte menu is significantly better. Not wow, but at least for some extra money, I would not starve

The small problem was room tempriture, but the STAFF solved it ... we got the wood for fireplace (also they offer us heater).
Shuttle bus was a little bit unoganised!!!!!

What we liked:
- clean and newly decorated rooms;
- kitchen with functional tools
- room heating system is very efficient
- restaurant is OK, with decent prices for food and drinks
- staff is friendly

What we did not like:
- WiFi was down for our entire stay at the hotel. I believe the problem was older but they did not fix it
- not enough parking places
- the security system (Paradox) is very noisy
- every evening our kitchen and room were filled with cigarette smoke although the hotel is fully non-smoking. This was reported to the Reception, no fix
- during one evening a lot of smoke from burnt food entered in our kitchen. I believe the ventilation system is inefficient or damaged
- coffee from the restaurant is horrible

The room is smaller than advertised. We were accommodated in room 24, Sapphire building
