We get sick from the dirty swimming pools.

Ïëàòèõ çà ñòàÿ ëóêñ êîÿòî áåøå äîñòà äàëå÷å îò ëóêñà. Áåç òåðàñà èëè ïðîçîðåö êîéòî äà ìîæå äà ñå îòâîðè áÿõ íàñòàíåí â òîïëà è çàäóøíà êóòèéêà. Áàíÿòà áåøå ñ âàíà è äóø íàä íåÿ - àäñêè íåóäîáíî çà êúïàíå. Îáùàòà êëèìàòè÷íà èíñòàëàöèÿ íà õîòåëà íÿìà ìîùíîñò äà îõëàäè äîðè ãðàäóñ... Ïåðñîíàëà áåøå äîñòàòú÷íî ëþáåçåí äà ìå íàñòàíè â äðóãà ñòàÿ êîÿòî íå áåøå ëóêñ, íî èìàøå îòäåëåí êëèìàòèê äóø êàáèíà è èñòèíñêî äâîèíî ëåãëî à íå äâå åäèíè÷íè äîïðåíè åäíî äî äðóãî... Îïèòàõ íÿêîëêî ïúòè äà ñå ñâúðæà ñ âàøèÿ àãåíò ïîíåæå èìàõ ïðîáëåì ñ ðåçåðâàöèÿòà à ïîñëå è â õîòåëà íÿêîëêî îáàæäàíèÿ áåç îòãîâîð.  íåéíà çàùèòà âñè÷êèòå ìîè îáàæäàíèÿ áÿõà â íåäåëÿ à äðóãèòå âúâ ñðÿäà êúñåí ñëåäîáåä.

Spent 4 nights in mid May 2008. The staff was friendly and the food in th restaurant was good, especially the assorted grill. The area is superb and the air is so pure.

I have stayed there with my family 3 times. The facilities are absolutely first class as was the food. The staff were most courtioius and keen to help,despite the language barrier.
The rooms were a bit modern for uor taste but there was nothing wrong with the size of room, the cleanliness or the home comforts.
Would highly recomend

i have stay there 2 times.one in the whirlpool bath suite and 1 in the small double room.
the staff and food was perfect for bulgarian standards...but hotel is too trendy for my taste with out balconys...good spa with nice prices....stay here if you are planing to enjoy the pools or the perfect gym

Superb hip hotel with trendy decor, good food, good service, good music. Only wish receptionist was more serviceminded. Big problems with english language among personell. But once understood this is a great place.
