hotel overview:

Burgas Hotel" is a 4 star hotel situated on the Black Sea coast of Bourgas. "A state of the art building with 28 double rooms and 4 luxury apartments, "Burgas Hotel" is situated in the centre of Burgas, just metres away from the "Port of Burgas" and the Rail Station. It is a central but very quiet area with many services and shops situated nearby. It offers excellent accommodation for business and leisure trips, because of its facilities and services. The perfect location and modern facilities rank it among the best Bulgarian hotels.

What guests appreciate most

The strongest advantage of Hotel Burgas is its excellent central location immediately beside the railway station, bus station and pedestrian centre of Burgas. The hotel is convenient for both short city stays and business travel. Guests frequently praise the friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness, comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi and easy access to transport, shops, restaurants and central city attractions. Breakfast and the views from the upper-floor restaurant are also positively mentioned.

What guests most often complain about

Some reviews indicate that certain rooms and furnishings appear older and could benefit from refurbishment or minor technical maintenance. There are occasional comments about firm beds, limited sound insulation between rooms and inconsistent variety or quality at breakfast. Parking in the central city area can also be inconvenient during busy periods. Some of the stronger negative feedback is several years old and should not automatically be considered representative of the hotel's current condition.

Who is this hotel suitable for?

Hotel Burgas is particularly suitable for business travellers, short city-break visitors, guests arriving by train or bus and travellers who want to stay in the centre of Burgas. It also suits couples and solo travellers who prioritise location and transport connections over resort-style facilities such as swimming pools or a private beach.

Our recommendation

We recommend Hotel Burgas as a practical four-star city hotel with an excellent location and good current ratings. Its strongest features are the central position, cleanliness, staff and reliable Wi-Fi. Before booking, guests should check the exact room category, current photos, parking conditions and charges and the latest feedback regarding breakfast and sound insulation.
