I would recommend to a friend

Fenix Hotel

Food was better, than earlier. Some furniture must be changed. Every morning war at the pool for the broken sunbeds, but the pool was very good. Staff was friendly.

I have just returned from a holiday in bulgaria I stayed in the fenix hotel supposedly a four star but I would say it was only a two star and that is being generous the resturant is a joke the food is terrible it is the same every night which is chicken ...

In terms of value-for-money, the Fenix is fine. Very clean; not a luxury hotel, but then you wouldn't expect luxury on the prices of a package holiday there.

Staff friendly and helpful at all times.

Only criticism would be that they make great ...

The hotel was excellent, considering that it has been newly refurbished, staff are very helpful and the Rep. was excellent !Balakan Holidays! - recomend it for an excellent comfort
