Did not use the hotel for the casino. On arrival found the reception staff quite surly and the room was small with the polyester sheets providing little warmth. On the plus side there were nice views from the cocktail lounge at the top. An okay stay there ...

The hotel location is right in the heart of Varna. It's the tallest building and the view from the restaurant is excellent.

Hotel has a great location and view but it is not everything.
I have been there last week for 7 days and I am very disappointed.
Hotel has 14 levels but only on the level 4 and 6 you can find new refurbished rooms. All the rest rooms are like from ...
