Hotel “Majestic Beach Resort “is located direct on the beach in the northern part of the largest Black Sea resort in Bulgaria - Sunny beach. The hotel was open in the summer of 2005 and since then has been the preferred holiday destination of many guests from Bulgaria and abroad. Reception: The Reception desk works around the clock and would welcome every guest regardless of the hour of the day. Here you can check- in and out of the hotel, pay your hotel bills. All kind of credit and debit cards are accepted except American Express. The hotel consists of a central part and two adjoining blocks of exclusive studios and apartments(Majestic Residence 2 and Majestic Residence3). The total number of rooms, studios and apartments is 734.All rooms are very stylish furnished with everything you need to spend a pleasant holiday. In every room upon your arrival you will find towels in beige color. You can use them around the pool area or on the beach. Every day between 15:00 – 16:00, you can change your towel with a new one from the wooden house on the left swimming pool (near the Fiesta hotel). There is no deposit to rent a towel, but there is a fine in cause of lost or damage. Safety deposit Box: Safe deposit boxes are located in each room. We highly recommend you to store any value items in it. This service is free. Please contact the reception desk if you need some information or help. Mini-bar: In each room, studio, apartment, you will find a small refrigerator, which is normally used as mini bar . To load your mini-bar, you have to fill a special Mini-Bar blank which you can find just under your TV. After filling the blank, we kindly ask you to leave it in the room, where your chambermaid can easy find it and bring it to a Mini-bar responsible person . If you can’t find the blank in your room, you can ask at the reception to get one from there and fill it on the moment. Phone Calls: For your comfort ability during your stay, you can do internal and external calls directly from your room. To call the reception desk, just press “9”. For calling in a room in the central building, press “1” in front of the room-number ( for example: to call in room number 817, dial 1817). To call in room in Majestic Residence 2 and 3, dial directly the studio or apartment number. To call outside the hotel, press “0” in front of the desired number. In the hotel directory you can also find the prefix’s of some of the European countries as well as countries from South and North America, Azia and Africa. If you need any assistance you can also ask at the Reception or at Guest Relation Desk for help. Internet: There is a Wi-fi connection all over the hotel. Also there is a WLAN connection in the rooms. Using internet is free of charge. If you want to use higher speed internet you can buy a voucher with a username and password from the Reception desk. I had a wonderful stay in your hotel, but there were 2 things that could be improved.
The bathroom ventilator was not working for Room 444.
The ping-pong rackets were quite badly worn out.
