IMPORTANT INFORMATION: All inclusive meals start with lunch on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure. On the day of arrival after 10:30, guests receive distinctive wristbands and can use all All inclusive services. It is necessary to wear them until the end of the stay. A lost bracelet is charged. The check-in of the guests in the hotel rooms is after 15:00. The release of the hotel rooms is until 11:00 a.m., returning the key card to the reception. For a room not vacated by 11:00, guests will be penalized. The hotel does not provide beach or pool towels. Alcoholic beverages are not offered to persons under 18 years of age. All Inclusive package is only for guests who have paid for this service. The use of the Aqua park is free for all hotel guests. It is not allowed to take food, drinks and tableware from the All Inclusive restaurants to the hotel rooms, common areas and outside the hotel.

Guests can find information about the program and working hours of the children's club on the information board. Pools: The use of a 25m/12.50m pool with a separate children's section with an overflow to it and a protective railing. Working hours from 09:00 to 22:00. Mini Aqua Park, including 2 pools with slides for children of different ages and a whirpool bath. Working hours from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. NEW: new pool with attractive slides for children and adults. Poor free wifi , in the hotel web it says free wifi at the rooms but it was on extra payment.
Food not so tasty , in the restaurant there are a lot of flies hanging around the food and tables

Poor quality for a 4 star hotel. The first room was dirty, bad mildew in the bathroom, I had to ask for a different room. The second room was better, but still not clean enough for a 4 star standard. Breakfast was OK. I did not receive hardly any information ...
