hotel overview:

Beginning of summer 2021, MPM Hotel Condor will be welcoming guests under the management of MPM Hotels Ltd. – known with its standards for high quality service and personal attitude to the detail for every customer. The summer coolness is guaranteed by a refreshing summer cocktail from the pool bar or inside by the lobby bar area.

What guests appreciate most

The strongest features of MPM Hotel Condor are its very good location in the northern part of Sunny Beach and immediate proximity to the wide sandy beach. The hotel offers an All-Inclusive Light concept, outdoor pool with a children's section, restaurant, pool bar, fitness facilities and rooms with balconies, some with sea views. Current guests frequently praise the friendly and helpful staff, room cleanliness, comfortable beds, sea views and food. The surrounding area is relatively calm compared with the busiest central part of the resort, while shops, restaurants and beach facilities remain within easy reach.

What guests most often complain about

Guest feedback is relatively inconsistent, with Tripadvisor notably more critical than Booking. Recurring comments concern the more limited nature of the All-Inclusive Light concept compared with a standard All Inclusive package, a relatively restricted selection of drinks and food at certain times, occasional reports of food not being sufficiently warm and inconsistent housekeeping. There are also isolated reports of technical issues with air conditioning or room equipment. The swimming pool can feel cold, while umbrellas and sun loungers on the public beach are not included in the hotel rate.

Who is this hotel suitable for?

MPM Hotel Condor is suitable for couples, families and travellers looking for a relatively affordable four-star hotel very close to the beach and who prefer the quieter northern part of Sunny Beach. It particularly suits guests who are comfortable with a lighter All Inclusive concept and prioritise location and price over extensive resort facilities and premium-level service.

Our recommendation

We recommend MPM Hotel Condor particularly when its rate is competitive with other hotels close to the beach. Its main advantages are the location, good current ratings for staff and cleanliness and the availability of rooms with sea views. Before booking, guests should confirm the exact scope of the All-Inclusive Light programme, as it is more limited than a traditional All Inclusive package, and check recent feedback concerning food, housekeeping and air conditioning. Travellers for whom included beach umbrellas and sun loungers are important should note that the hotel uses a public beach and these services are charged separately.
