hotel overview:

Best Western Premier Sofia Airport Hotel has prime location, modern facilities and high quality standards.

What guests appreciate most

Premier Sofia Airport Hotel is particularly convenient for travellers with early or late flights and for business guests. Its most frequently praised advantages are the proximity to Sofia Airport, complimentary airport shuttle, spacious and well soundproofed rooms, comfortable beds and good cleanliness. Guests also appreciate the breakfast, including the early Grab & Go option available before the regular restaurant breakfast hours. The rooms are suitable for short business stays, and the hotel also provides a restaurant, fitness facilities and meeting spaces.

What guests most often complain about

Despite the good overall ratings, newer reviews contain recurring comments about the organisation of the airport shuttle. Some guests report longer waiting times, the need for advance booking or difficulty contacting reception. There are also isolated complaints about slow restaurant service, air-conditioning, hot water or other technical issues in particular rooms. Parking conditions and charges are another detail worth confirming in advance because information can vary between booking channels.

Who is this hotel suitable for?

The hotel is particularly suitable for travellers flying to or from Sofia, especially those with an early departure, late arrival or an overnight connection. It is also a practical choice for business guests with appointments around the airport and the business districts of eastern Sofia. Travellers whose main priority is exploring the historic city centre on foot may find the location less convenient.

Our recommendation

We recommend Premier Sofia Airport Hotel primarily for short stays connected with a flight or business trip. Its strongest features are the airport location, comfortable rooms, early breakfast option and shuttle service. When booking, it is advisable to confirm the exact shuttle timetable and reservation procedure, together with the current parking conditions, particularly if leaving a vehicle for a longer period.
